The Society for Conservation Biology is hosting the Missouri premiere of an excellent documentary covering the life and legacy of ecologist and author Aldo Leopold.
Using memories of family, friends and collegues, the film looks at the many American landscapes that Leopold worked in and how his experiences there shaped his evolving Land Ethic. It's a message that remains as cutting edge today as it did then.
The film will be followed by refreshments and a question/answer session with world-reknown Leopold scholor Susan Flader.
