The Missouri River MegaScout is an ongoing project by Missouri River Relief volunteers to map the trash on the Lower Missouri River.

The Big Muddy Clean Sweep is a wrap! With our final river clean-up in Hermann, MO, we finished our two month series of clean-ups and education events across the middle of Missouri.

Missouri River Relief Benefit Art Auction
& Katy Trail Mural Dedication!
We had an wonderful evening at the beautifully restored McKittrick Farmer's Mercantile with a great crowd of river and art lovers. The event was hosted by Joey Los, Dan and Connie Burkhardt of the Katy Land Trust, Mercantile owner Rich Lauer and a crew of hard working Missouri River Relief volunteers.

Join Missouri River Relief at "Summers @ Mizzou"

Missouri River Relief is proud to be hosting a very special summer camp for students aged 14-18. It's called Meet the "Big Muddy" - Missouri River Academy and it's part of the "Summers @ Mizzou" summer camp hosted by MU Extension and the 4-H Center for Youth Development. There are 30 slots available, first come first serve.

The monthly series is held in three locations, Rocheport , Kansas City and St. Charles. The free presentations bring in experts to discuss Missouri River issues, biology, hydrology, history and more.
